৩২ ধারা নিয়ে বিতর্ক,তথ্য প্রযুক্তি আইনের ৫৭ ধারা বাতিল

There has been debate on the section 3 of the Digital Sense Act. The law minister says that section 32 of the Information Technology Act prohibits misappropriation of section 57, and is not involved in this trend with journalism. Former Law Minister Barrister Shafique Ahmed gave similar views. However, according to the expert doctor Dr. Shahdin Malik, this section will undermine the freedom of the press.
After criticizing a comprehensive discussion of Article 57 of the Information Technology Act, the Cabinet approved a new law drafting the Digital Security Act on Monday. Though the 57 law, which has been disputed under the new Act, has been debated in relation to the substitution of section 57 in the new curve of section 32.

In the controversial section, it has been said that the illegal entry into the government, semi-government, autonomous establishment illegally recorded spy information with electronic equipment and electronic information is illegal. Sentenced to 14 years in jail and fined Tk 20 lakh.

ডিজিটাল নিরপাত্তা আইনের-৩২ ধারা নিয়ে বিতর্ক দেখা দিয়েছে। আইনমন্ত্রী বলছেন,তথ্য প্রযুক্তি আইনের ৫৭ ধারার অপপ্রয়োগ রুখতেই ৩২ ধারা, সাংবাদিকতার সঙ্গে এ ধারা সম্পৃক্ত নয়। একই ধরনের মত দিয়েছেন সাবেক আইনমন্ত্রী ব্যারিস্টার শফিক আহমেদ। যদিও সংবিধান বিশেষজ্ঞ ডক্টর শাহদীন মালিকের মতে, এ ধারা গণমাধ্যমের স্বাধীনতা ক্ষুণ্ণ করবে।তথ্য প্রযুক্তি আইনের ৫৭ ধারা নিয়ে ব্যাপক আলোচনা সমালোচনার পর, ডিজিটাল নিরাপত্তা আইন নামে নতুন আরেকটি আইনের খসড়ায় সোমবার অনুমোদন দেয় মন্ত্রিসভা। নতুন এ আইনে বিতর্কিত ৫৭ ধারা বিলুপ্ত হলেও ৫৭ ধারার বিষয়টি নতুন মোড়কে ৩২ ধারায় প্রতিস্থাপন করা নিয়ে দেখা দিয়েছে বিতর্ক।বিতর্কিত এ ধারায় বলা হয়েছে, সরকারি,আধা-সরকারি, স্বায়ত্বশাসিত প্রতিষ্ঠানে বেআইনিভাবে প্রবেশ করে তথ্য উপাত্ত ইলেকট্রনিক যন্ত্রপাতি দিয়ে গোপনে রেকর্ড করা গুপ্তচরবৃত্তির আপরাধ। যার শাস্তি ১৪ বছরের কারাদণ্ড ও ২০ লাখ টাকা জরিমানা।
